No Refunds on Digital Products
We do not offer refunds on digital products. We cannot be held responsible if Steam, Epic Games, EA, Ubisoft, PlayStation, Microsoft, or any other platform alters their terms of service or discontinues support for activations. In such cases, no refunds will be provided. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Refund and Replacement Policy for Shared Steam Offline Accounts (Valid for all PC game platforms)
1. Refund and Replacement Eligibility
- The shared Steam offline account must not have been accessed or used for any gaming activity during the eligibility period.
2. Refund and Replacement Process
- Provide the necessary details of your purchase, including the order number, and explain the reason for your request.
- We will evaluate your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Refund and Replacement Criteria
- Refunds or replacements will be granted if the shared Steam offline account was not as described in the original listing, such as missing games or additional content.
- Refunds or replacements will be granted if technical issues prevent access to the games in offline mode, even after reasonable troubleshooting attempts.
- Refunds or replacements will not be granted if the shared Steam offline account has been accessed, used for gaming activities, or violated any Steam or game-specific terms of service.
- Refunds or replacements will not be granted due to personal preference, change of mind, or if you no longer wish to utilize the shared Steam offline account.
- Refunds will not be granted if the system requirements for the purchased game are not met.
- Refunds will not be granted if you change any credentials of the provided account.
- We do not offer refunds or replacements for disruptions caused by official updates from platforms like Steam, EA, Ubisoft, Microsoft Store, or others. We advise staying informed about platform terms and conditions.
4. Refund and Replacement Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Replacements will be provided by issuing a new shared Steam offline account with the correct games and content.
- It may take up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Account Responsibility
- Once the shared Steam offline account is provided to you, it is your responsibility to maintain the account's security and confidentiality.
- Any loss or unauthorized access to the account after purchase will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
6. Policy Modifications
- Gamerift reserves the right to modify the refund and replacement policy for shared Steam offline accounts at any time.
- Any changes to the policy will be updated on the Gamerift website or platform, and customers will be bound by the updated policy from the time of its implementation.
Please note that in 90% of cases, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you will receive a replacement account with the correct games and content.
Violating the refund and replacement policy or any terms of service may result in the termination of your access to the shared Steam offline account without refund or replacement.
