These Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between you and GameRift Store, governing your access to the Online Store. By clicking “Accept” or using the store, you agree to these terms as a GameRift Store Account holder. Failure to agree requires immediate cessation of use. If acting on behalf of a third party, ensure authorization to bind them to these terms.

Definitions

• Account: Users’ Online Store profile for accessing Services.
• Add-On Keys: Additional digital content for a Program.
• Agreement & Terms and Conditions: All rules, policies, and agreements.
• Buyer: Purchaser of Programs via the Online Store.
• Digital Key: Code to activate a Program post-payment.
• Offline Activation: Specific Program access without an online connection.
• Confirmation Order: Receipt confirming purchase details.
• Content: Materials available on the Online Store, including User submissions.
• Online Store: Platform provided by GameRift Store.
• Privacy Policy: Guidelines for using the Online Store lawfully.
• Program: Digital games or services accessible through the store.
• Program Price: Total chargeable amount for a Program purchase.
• Service: Online and offline assistance offered by GameRift Store.

About GameRift Store and Online Store

GameRift Store connects Buyers with various Programs online. The platform facilitates transactions without additional fees. Special promotions may be offered occasionally, subject to modifications.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

GameRift Store reserves the right to update this agreement without prior notice. Users must review terms regularly. Using the store post-update implies acceptance of changes.

Eligibility, Account Registration, and Security Checks

To access Services, Users must create an account using distinct login credentials. Each User is responsible for maintaining account security.

User Conduct and Restrictions

The sale of Programs on the Online Store is electronic only. Ownership rights are not transferred after purchase. User conduct must comply with set guidelines, failing which restrictions may apply.

Payments and Refund Policy

Buyers must pay specified amounts for Programs upfront. Refunds are discretionary and subject to eligibility criteria within 7 days post-delivery.

Pre-Orders

Buyers can pre-order Programs, but delivery dates may vary. Price adjustments might occur post-purchase.

Email Communications

Users may receive electronic communications from GameRift Store about Services or Program updates. Opt-out options are available.

Termination

Users can discontinue using GameRift Store at any time by deleting account data via email request to support@gameriftstore.com.

Miscellaneous

• Governing Law: Any disputes will be resolved under Indian federal laws.
• Severability: Remaining provisions survive if any part of this agreement is invalidated.
• Assignability: GameRift Store may assign or delegate its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions, and/or the GameRift Store’s Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without your consent. You may not assign or delegate any of your rights or obligations, under the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, without GameRift Store’s prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment and delegation by you shall be considered null and void.
• Notices to Users: Communications will be sent electronically to specified email addresses in User accounts.

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
